The Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights becomes law in the state of New Jersey. Did New Jersey go too far with this law, or is it appropriate and necessary action? Why or why not?

The Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights becoming an actual law was a good idea. I think it was a good idea because bullying should've been legally prohibited a long time ago. Many children have suffered from bullying in the past and the present. Some children have been bullied so badly that they were scared to tell anyone about it and they didn't feel safe. With this law, bullied children should feel safer to know that they can tell someone and it will definitely be handled.
