You walk in to the computer classroom. You sit down at your computer. You notice that the computer was left on. Someones online accounts, photographs and classwork is open. What is the right thing to do? What would you do? Why? Should you go into the other persons accounts?

The right thing to do in a situation like this is to save their stuff without reading it, close everything, and log out of the computer. I would do exactly that if I were in this situation because I would want someone to do the same thing for me. I don't people should go into other people's accounts without their consent because it is a complete invasion of privacy.
