Do you think that the passing the HSPA should be a requirement for graduation? Do standardized test measure what you really know? Why?

I really don't think passing the HSPA should be a requirement for graduation. It's not a fair concept because some people go through all their high school years and do really good in school, but take the test and fail. That's so not fair. When you work hard all throughout high school, you've basically earned your diploma and for New Jersey to take that away from some students who don't pass the HSPA is very wrong. I don't believe a standardized test measures what you really know nor should it be considered to measure what you know.
