Tell us how you feel about the use of Mobile Devices like Cellphones and Tablets as educational tools — whether in or out of the classroom. How could your teachers use them during lessons?

I feel that mobile devices like cellphones and tablets can be very helpful in the classroom, but at the same time be a huge distraction. I believe this because students are easily distracted by technology; it basically consumes our life whether we know it or not. The good thing about using cellphones and tablets in the classroom is that most students are visual learners, so cellphones and tablets will most likely help them learn. My teachers could use these devices during lessons by putting the stories I have to read in the textbook on my tablet because I'm quicker to open my tablet than my textbook. My teachers could also put little videos on the tablets for the students to watch that is pertaining to the lesson.
